Recently, working in partnership with All Done Design, we carried out a significant house conversion in North London .

The brief was to create a double storey extension, which would extend the kitchen space and create an extra room above. All of our skills were employed on this project from discussing the conceptual design with our customers and helping them visualise the best options, to drawing the architectural plans and obtaining the relevant permissions.

We provided expert project management to ensure that all the activities were carried out to the highest standard and were delivered on time and within budget. For example, the structural work involved extending the ground floor footprint of the house, extending the floor above, building the extension outer walls and windows and doorways, adding new roofing and redecorating the outer walls of the house.

Internally we installed under-floor heating, reconstructed the internal walls and installed a new kitchen. Working with All Done Maintenance we also provided the plumbing and electrical work and updated the lighting to add to the modern contemporary atmosphere. As with all our projects, clearing up after we've finished is very important and after we had laid the new drive you would not know that our builders had ever been there!

The project was delivered on time, within budget and with the minimum of disruption for our clients.
