The Corporate Division of All Done Build specialises in Design and Build and interior remodelling projects for office, retail and commercial organisations. Planned and reactive building maintenance is a vital area where buildings are in constant use and we offer a full service including contracts for property management companies, office blocks, shops, schools and other businesses. We also offer an immediate response service and scheduled routine inspections.

Recent notable projects in the public sector include the refurbishment, conversion and maintenance of various schools and local authority sites including Pools Park , Ashmount, St Martin 's and Highbury Grove schools and Islington Boys Club.

For property developers, we provide refurbishment and maintenance for a number of clients. Notably, we are an approved contractor for Andertons and look after a suite of five luxury flats for Fleetwood Management.

In addition, we provide a full planned and reactive maintenance service for property and estate management companies and housing associations and are proud to be working with Allsop Residential Management and Inspec Services, to name but two of many.

In the retail sector we recently completed office refurbishments for Sauce Design, a graphic design company and Bjorn Again Music Management. (Bjorn Again are the very popular and successful ABBA tribute band). We also refurbished the Rofle Hair Salon and are delighted to be looking after eight Calvin Klein premises at the moment.

In conjunction with our sister company All Done Maintenance we also provide a full utilities installation, maintenance and emergency service for gas, electricity, drainage and plumbing.
